The Snow-Warren White Rabbit Family
FATHER CLARENCE SNOW-WARREN spends his time repairing furniture that was going to be thrown away because it was broken. He says it's sensible to mend old things rather than keep buying new things. “Waste not want not,” is his motto.
MOTHER LETTUCE SNOW-WARREN takes the furniture Clarence repairs and makes every item 'better than new'. She smooths any rough corners, decorates them with a lick of paint, polishes them up and puts new coverings on if necessary.
BROTHER LUCKY SNOW-WARREN is very good at finding things. Once, when Ernest Evergreen lost his spectacles, Lucky found them under the sofa. Ernest said “Well, it's lucky you were here. You really are Lucky by name and lucky by nature!”
SISTER SOPHIE 'TREASURE' SNOW-WARREN spends most of her time riding her bike around the large forest, collecting bits and pieces in her basket. She calls these 'bits and pieces' her treasure, which is how she got her middle name.
BABY BROTHER BLACKIE SNOW-WARREN got his name because he is always getting dirty no matter where he is, much to Lettuce's dismay.
BABY SISTER ALICE SNOW-WARREN is very adventurous, last week she was a mountaineer and climbed the sofa in the front room and had to be rescued by Clarence once she reached the top.

GRANDFATHER BERNARD SNOW-WARREN is well known as the furniture expert. There is nothing that he doesn't know about frames, springs, paddings, fabrics and what makes a bed or a chair really comfortable. Since he retired he's very good at taking little naps in his various chairs around the house.
GRANDMOTHER EDITH SNOW-WARREN likes knitting scarves for everyone who has to work outdoors like fishermen, postmen or farmers. She's always busy by the fire with a good book knitting and reading at the same time.

FATHER CHRISTIAN SNOW-WARREN has just opened a new furniture shop on the main High Street. It is a shop with a twist though, it is 'Shabby Chic'. After seeing the amazing work his brother does on restoring old furniture, Christian takes any spare items of furniture from Clarence and sells it on in his shop. It's proving very popular already, with several families already purchasing unique items for their house.
MOTHER CHARITY SNOW-WARREN helps her husband in his new shop, by keeping his accounts in order. She has a brilliant head for numbers, and Christian could think of nobody better to keep charge of the shop accounts. Charity always likes to see which new items of furniture she can persuade Christian to let her keep for their own house.
BROTHER CONNOR SNOW-WARREN likes going for bike rides with his cousin Sophie around the Sylvanian forest. He likes to collect small logs to create an item called a memory log, which is a hollowed out log you can display something nice to remind you of a special time or adventure. He has started making some extra to sell in his fathers shop (empty ones for villagers to fill with their own memories).
SISTER KERRI SNOW-WARREN loves playing with her big dolls house. It is a replica of 'Larchwood Lodge', a large house near the lake in Sylvania. She has furnished it with lots of little pieces of furniture, and has little rabbit dolls living inside it which look just like her family. She can spend hours playing with her dolls, she is saving up her pocket money to buy another house now, so her dolls will have neighbours.
SISTER SUSAN SNOW-WARREN is also quite creative. She has been making little pieces of furniture for her sister's dolls house. She has also made curtains and cushions for all the rooms as well. Her parents were so impressed, they said she could sell some items in their shop for extra pocket money.

FATHER NIGEL SNOW-WARREN is an adventurer at heart. He purchased a Skidoo last autumn in preparation for winter, and it was a good purchase as Sylvania was covered in snow. When the snow was thick enough he took his daughter Lisa out for a ride on it across the fields and hills of Sylvania.
DAUGHTER LISA SNOW-WARREN gets so excited at winter, it means Christmas is coming. When it snows she gets that little bit more excited as it means she can wrap up warmly in the scarf her grandmother knitted for her and have snowball fights with her friends. She wasn't too keen on her father's skidoo when he first purchased it, but after a trip racing around Sylvania on it she now loves it.
The Snow-Warren rabbit family were first released into the UK market in 1990. In their original promotion pictures, the parents were shown to have bent ears, but the final release saw them with straight ears. There have been a few different releases of the Snow-Warren family over the years, they had a re-release in the early 2000s when Flair relaunched several old families to a new generation. In 2004, two seperate playsets were released. The first one featured sister Sophie with a dolls house. The second featured the mother with two new babies, and a story book about their new pram. The family also got given the boxed 'Celebration' set treatment in 2011, where for the first time ever, the family had some grandparents. In 2012, the last of the Snow-Warren family were released, in the form of Uncle Nigel and cousin Lisa, who came with a skidoo.
